MOQ & Quotes

What to prepare before you place an order.

Our MOQ is 500 pieces per model, per color. Send your planned styles and colors; your quotation confirms the quantity for each model and color. Different models or colors cannot be combined to meet the minimum.

Send a drawing, sketch or reference image, target dimensions, quantity and delivery destination. Include your preferred color or pattern, logo and packaging if known. If a detail is undecided, tell us what the product needs to do and we can review the options with you.

Size, material thickness, shape, machining, finish, hardware, logo, packaging and order quantity all affect the cost. Your quotation sets out the agreed specification and any separate development or tooling costs, so you can compare like for like.

Payment terms are confirmed in your quotation and order documents. Before paying, check the product specification, sample approval, quantity, price, production schedule and shipping scope. Ask us to clarify any item that is not included.

Design & OEM/ODM

Bring a finished drawing, a sample or an idea.

With OEM, we make your acetate product from your design or specification. With ODM support, our team helps develop the design from your brief or reference. In both cases, you review a physical sample before production. See our acetate OEM/ODM service.

Yes. Bring a sketch, reference sample or a clear description of your idea. We can prepare a free design proposal based on your requirements and review whether it can be made in acetate. Sample development, tooling and production costs are quoted separately where applicable.

Yes. We make acetate jewelry, eyewear frames and parts, mirrors, footwear accessories, mahjong and hair accessories. Have another product in mind? Send your drawing or reference so we can check the shape, material and assembly before confirming the work.

You can discuss the outline, dimensions, color, finish, logo size and position, hardware and packaging. Send your artwork and identify any details that must stay unchanged. We confirm suitable methods and check the result on your sample rather than promising every process for every design.

Materials & Colors

Choose the appearance and thickness for your product.

Choose from 1,000+ acetate colors and patterns, or send a physical swatch or target color code for custom matching. We help you compare materials and check the result on a sample. Explore acetate colors and patterns.

Tell us the product size, intended use and any attachment or mating parts. Thickness affects strength, weight, machining and appearance. We review these requirements with your design and confirm the selected material before sampling; there is no single thickness that suits every product.

Photos and screens are useful for choosing a direction, but they are not a color approval standard. Light, screen settings and the way a pattern is cut can change its appearance. Use a physical swatch and approved sample to confirm the color, pattern and finish.

Our service focuses on custom finished acetate products and processed parts, not standalone raw-sheet or blank sales. We select and process the material for your product. Send your design if you need a finished part rather than a sheet.

Samples & Approval

Check the details before committing to production.

Yes. We agree the design, material and sample plan first. You receive a physical sample to check the shape, color, finish, logo and fit. Volume production begins after you approve the sample and order specification.

Sample costs depend on the design, material availability, machining, finishing and any tooling. Sample production takes 25–30 days. Tell us your target launch date early so we can assess the sample and production schedule together.

Send clear comments, marked-up photos and any revised dimensions. We review what needs changing and confirm the next sample, cost and timing before proceeding. Keep feedback in one agreed revision list so the approved version is clear to both teams.

Check dimensions and fit, color and pattern, edge smoothness, finish, logo position, hardware function and packaging where applicable. Mark critical requirements on the drawing. Confirm the final sample and specification in writing so production has a clear reference.

Production & Quality

Agree the process, schedule and checks in advance.

We use CNC cutting, drilling and milling to shape acetate sheets, followed by polishing and assembly as needed. Send your drawing so we can check the processes for your part. See our custom acetate manufacturing service.

The schedule depends on material availability, design complexity, quantity, finishing, assembly and packing. We confirm the production plan after reviewing the project and sample approval requirements. Production time and shipping time are separate, so share your required arrival date, not only the dispatch date.

Mark critical dimensions, mating parts and required tolerances on your drawing. Feasibility depends on the acetate thickness, geometry, machining and finish. We confirm achievable requirements before sampling rather than applying one tolerance claim to every product.

We check dimensions, edges, finish, color, assembly and packing against the approved drawing and sample. Agree any inspection records, tests or third-party inspection arrangements before production. For audit or certification documents, ask us to confirm the current dates and scope for your product and destination; a factory record does not automatically certify every product.

Packaging & Delivery

Prepare the product for your market and shipment.

Yes. Choose from our existing packaging options and share your logo artwork, labels, barcode and any retail requirements. We review the size and protection needed for your product and confirm the packaging specification, cost and sample approval with you.

Send the destination country, city or postcode, order quantity and required arrival date. Packing size, shipment weight, route and delivery service affect freight cost. We confirm the available shipping arrangement and its scope with your quotation.

Do not assume they are included. Your quotation should state the agreed shipping term, delivery point and which costs each side covers. Confirm freight, insurance where relevant, import duties, taxes and destination charges before approving the order.

Contact us with your order reference, affected quantity, clear photos or video, and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and relevant samples for review. We compare the evidence with the approved specification and shipment records, then discuss the appropriate next step with you.
