Acetate sheet CNC machining
Develop the Prototype
We sample your selected clip structure with the agreed acetate parts and fittings. Review its opening, closure, attachment, edges and pressure for the intended use.

Approve the Sample
Review the physical sample against your agreed drawing, material and intended use. Record requested changes with us before approving the production reference.

Material preparation
Prepare for Production
Once the sample is approved, confirm the quantity for each model and color, your packaging choice and delivery needs. We then agree the quotation and production schedule for your order.

Produce the Approved Design
We make the acetate parts to the approved drawing and sample. Forming, joining, logo marking and assembly are included only where agreed for your product.

- Banana clip construction Confirm the length, curvature, tooth layout, closure and relationship between the two halves.
- Acetate covers & metal bases For no-crease-style clips, review the cover shape, backing, attachment and pressure together. Assess the intended use on the sample.
- Color, logo & packaging Specify the visible acetate surfaces and logo position. Agree the packaging around the complete clip, including its hardware.

From Acetate Sheet to Your Finished Design
We cut and finish cellulose acetate sheet to make your product or part. The manufacturing process, thickness and finish are reviewed against your drawing and sample.
- Sheet selection Confirm thickness and the intended visible surfaces with your drawing.
- Processing Review cutting, machining, forming or joining only where the construction requires them.
- Finish and fit Agree the surface, contact edges, marking and any mating parts on the sample.
Finish the Product with Your Branding
Send your logo artwork and preferred position. Choose from our existing packaging options and add your logo, then review the fit and protection with your product sample.

Send your drawing or reference, dimensions, color direction, quantity, logo and packaging. The price follows the actual material, construction and agreed supply scope.
Freight & Shipping Options
Tell us your delivery country, postcode and preferred arrival date. Land, air and sea transport options can be reviewed for your destination.
Your quotation will confirm the available method, freight cost and estimated transit time based on packed weight and carton size. Agree any destination charges and required documents before dispatch.
Production & Delivery
Allow time for sampling, production and transport. Sample production takes 25–30 days.
After you approve the design and sample, we confirm the bulk production schedule for your quantity. Shipping time is quoted separately for your destination.

Can I customize a banana clip or flat claw?
Yes. Share the structure you want and its dimensions. We review the closure, acetate body and hardware as one assembly.
Does a no-crease clip guarantee no marks on every hair type?
The result depends on hair type and how the clip is used. Check the sample’s grip and pressure before approval; the style name alone does not guarantee a mark-free result.
Can you supply just the acetate decoration?
Tell us whether you need an acetate part, an assembled clip or both. The quotation will state the agreed supply scope.
