We turn cellulose acetate sheets into products made to your design. Based in Dongguan, our team helps with design, CNC machining, polishing and assembly, with a physical sample for you to check before production.

Our Acetate Focus, Backed by Factory Experience

AcetateWorks develops custom cellulose acetate products for brands. Send a drawing, reference sample or idea; our design team helps work out the shape, material and finish before we make a sample.

Junyi Beauty is our production factory in Dongguan. The factory also works with plastic and wood, while AcetateWorks focuses on acetate products and processing. Your project is supported by our design team and export sales and customer service team.

Who Handles Your Product

Design & Sampling

Our design team turns your sketch or reference into a drawing, then makes a sample for you to check. Custom design is free; sample costs are confirmed separately.

CNC Machining

We use CNC machining to cut the selected acetate sheet into your outline, holes and assembly details.

Finishing & Assembly

Edges and surfaces are polished, then hardware and fit are checked for your product.

Your export sales contact works with the design and production teams. The drawing, chosen material and approved sample keep everyone working to the same design.

Agree the Checks Before Production

Tell us which dimensions and details matter most. We check the finished acetate product against your drawing and approved sample, including fit, finish and assembly.

Inspection covers dimensions, color and pattern, edge finish, surface appearance, hardware fit and packing. Any additional tests or inspection records should be agreed before the order starts.

Audit and test documents
Ask for the current document relevant to your product and market. Check its scope and date; a factory audit is not a product certification.
