Land Transport

Sea Freight

For shipments planned by sea. Confirm carton volume, destination port and local handling before booking.
Air Freight

For shipments planned by air. Freight is quoted using the route, chargeable weight and agreed delivery point.
Transit estimates exclude sample development and production. Customs clearance and local handling can affect arrival. Your quotation confirms the route, delivery point and estimated schedule.
Using your own forwarder? Send the forwarder contact, collection point and document requirements before dispatch.
Delivery terms: FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP can be discussed for the route. Your quotation confirms the named delivery place and whether freight, duties and destination charges are included.

Your quotation states whether freight is included and identifies the delivery term and destination. Confirm this before comparing offers or arranging payment.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Send your forwarder details and preferred handover point. We review the collection, packing and document arrangements with your team.
Are duties and destination fees included?
Check the quoted delivery term and named place. Do not assume duties, taxes or destination charges are included unless your quotation explicitly says so.
How long will my shipment take?
Timing depends on production completion, the chosen service, destination and customs handling. We confirm the available schedule with your order rather than publish one transit time for every route.
