THE MANUFACTURING JOURNEY

How Your Acetate Product Is Made

Follow the work from your first idea to the packed order. We agree on the design, material and sample with you before volume production. The steps below show what happens along the way.

01–04 / PROJECT & SAMPLE

Plan Your Product

01

Tell Us Your Requirements

We review your idea, reference product or drawing, intended use and quantities. Together, we clarify what you want to make and which details need confirmation before quoting.

02

Get Your Project Quote

We prepare your quote using the product details, quantities and processing requirements discussed with you. You can review what is included and ask questions before moving ahead.

03

Custom acetate component CAD drawing

Design & Sample Development

We develop the design and sample so you can review the shape, dimensions, finish and assembly. We discuss any changes with you before the sample is approved.

04

Confirm Your Material Choice

We confirm the chosen color, pattern and material against a physical sample. You can check the appearance and agree on acceptable variation before we use it for production.

05–10 / PRODUCTION

Make the Approved Design

05

Cut the Selected Acetate

Using the approved sample and drawing, we cut the selected acetate into shapes needed for your product. This prepares the material for the machining and finishing steps that follow.

06

Acetate component edge sanding

Shape and Smooth Edges

We work on the cut edges and openings to remove rough areas and refine the profile. This prepares the parts for the finishing steps your design needs.

07

Acetate component forming press

Mold Selection and Heat Forming

For designs that need a curve, we select a suitable forming mold and use heat to shape the acetate. The approved sample guides the required profile.

08

Acetate tumbling equipment workshop

Polish in a Tumbling Drum

For designs suited to drum polishing, we tumble the parts to smooth their surfaces and edges. This prepares them for any further finishing needed to match the approved sample.

09

Refine and Polish by Hand

Where further finishing is needed, we refine and polish the parts by hand. This helps us check visible edges, curves and surfaces against the finish agreed on your sample.

10

Print Your Approved Logo

Where logo printing is part of your design, we apply the approved artwork in the agreed position. You can check its size and placement against the approved sample.

Inspect the Finished Products

Our team checks the finished products for appearance, dimensions, edges and assembly details where relevant. We use the approved sample as the reference for what you have agreed.

12

Pack for Your Order

We pack the products using the agreed packaging option and any confirmed logo details. This keeps the presentation consistent with your order before the shipment is prepared.

Arrange Shipping and Dispatch

We prepare the packed order for the agreed shipping method and confirm the dispatch details with you. Transit estimates are separate from production time and depend on the route.

The exact route depends on your product. Heat forming, drum polishing and logo printing are used where required by the agreed design. Hardware assembly is included where your product needs it.
